Welcome to the Illinois Energy Association, formed in 1994 to represent the
state’s investor-owned electric and natural gas utilities in the public
policy arena. The Energy Association is made up of six member companies
who provide utility service for millions of Illinois citizens. The
organization is active in governmental affairs, industry relations and
public relations on behalf of the state’s energy industry. Our goal is
to provide value to our member companies and to assist them in providing
safe, reliable and affordable electricity and natural gas services to their customers.
