| GOVERNING, the magazine of states and localities, will host OUTLOOK IN THE STATES AND LOCALITIES, a two-day executive briefing on February 2-3, 2010, at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. At OUTLOOK IN THE STATES AND LOCALITIES, attendees will share the knowledge of experts on the issues, policies, personalities and trends that are shaping the political landscape.
