| THE Institute for Regulatory Policy Studies at Illinois State University will present another in a series of conferences on energy policy issues on April 29 in Springfield.
A wide-ranging group of speakers will focus on effects of the recession on energy supply and demand in electricity and natural gas markets, transmission-related issues and efforts to influence energy consumer behavior.
